Double-date sales have become a fixture of online shopping in Indonesia, and 11 November, known as 11.11, is one of the biggest. This year, Tiktok Shop by Tokopedia is running its Promo Guncang 11.11 campaign. In a video post on its official Facebook page, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia says shoppers can get all the promotions from 4 to 11 November.
Big sales move fast, so it pays to know the rules before you check out. Tokopedia and TikTok Shop have operated together in Indonesia since 2024, and many sellers list products on both. According to TikTok Shop’s seller education pages, promotions that sellers create can appear on both consumer apps, although some appear on only one, depending on the listing.
What Happened Last Year
There is no full official list of this year’s discounts yet, but last year gives a sense of scale. According to a summary by Kolabora.id, TikTok Shop offered discounts of up to Rp1.1 million, 50% vouchers and unlimited free shipping during 11.11 in 2025. This year’s offers may be different, so treat those figures as a guide only and check the campaign page in the app.
The Parallel Tokopedia Campaign
Shoppers who also use the Tokopedia app can follow its own Guncang 11.11 campaign, which IDN Times reports runs from 2 to 11 November 2026. According to the report, it includes daily flash sales of selected products at Rp11,000 from 10:00 WIB, a ‘War Traktiran’ voucher programme worth a total of Rp2 billion for shoppers who check out at 20:00 WIB, and a daily missions game with prizes including gold and a smartphone, peaking on 11 November at 20:00 WIB. Products and quantities in flash sales are limited, so set a reminder if there is something specific you want.
The GoPay Discount
Running alongside the sale, GoPay lists a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia promotion from 1 to 30 November 2026. According to gopay.co.id, all users can get a discount of up to Rp20,000 on a minimum transaction of Rp50,000. Loyal and new GoPay users on Tokopedia can get up to Rp10,000 off a minimum of Rp30,000. The promotion can be used once per user per period, applies to payments with GoPay and GoPay Tabungan, and does not apply to QRIS payments made with GoPay.

- Select GoPay at payment and enter your PIN.
- Remember that GoPay says it can change or stop the promotion without notice.
Vouchers and Free Shipping
Vouchers are a big part of any double-date sale, but they expire. In its buyer FAQ, TikTok Shop says that unused vouchers that have expired will not be reissued, so use them before the end date. Free shipping is often funded by sellers: TikTok Shop’s seller guide explains that sellers can set shipping fee discounts for selected products, minimum spends or specific areas, and these may not apply to every courier service. If free shipping matters to you, check the label and the conditions on each product before you pay.
Returns and Refunds
According to TikTok Shop’s seller education pages for Indonesia, buyers can request a return or refund within 6 days of delivery for regular orders, and within 15 days for Mall orders. Sellers are expected to respond to requests within 48 hours. Record a short video when you open expensive parcels, keep the packaging until you are sure the item is fine, and submit any request through the order page in the app.
The Optional Protection Plan
For gadgets and electronics, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia offers an optional Protection Plan at checkout on eligible products. According to its seller centre, the plan is offered in partnership with a licensed insurance broker regulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and covers accidental damage during normal use after delivery.

Claim payouts are based on the original purchase price minus a 10% deductible. The plan does not cover delivery damage, normal wear and tear, counterfeit goods, second-hand goods, or drones and drone accessories. Delivery problems should be reported separately to customer service.

- Add items to your cart before the peak day so you can check out quickly.
- Compare the sale price with recent prices instead of trusting the crossed-out price.
- Check seller ratings and reviews, especially for electronics.
- Read voucher terms, including minimum spend and expiry dates.
